Meet Christian and Marjan at IFAT Munich 2026 Christian and Marjan will be representing iFLUX at IFAT Munich 2026, the world's leading trade fair for environmental technologies, taking place from May 4 to 7 in Munich, Germany. We're attending to listen, to share, and to talk through the questions our network is currently working on.
IFAT Munich, organised by Messe München, has been the central meeting point for the environmental technology sector since 1966. What started as a wastewater technology fair has grown into the world's largest network for environmental technologies, bringing together over 3,000 exhibitors from more than 60 countries. The 2026 edition centres on the theme: Solutions for Water, Recycling and Circularity.
Why this event matters
Water, contamination, and resource circularity are no longer separate conversations. The same industrial sites that need to manage groundwater quality also face decisions about brownfield redevelopment, raw material recovery, and long-term land use. IFAT brings those threads together in one place, with industry, utilities, regulators, and technology providers in the same room.
