1. Cookies

iFLUX is based in Belgium and therefore follows the Belgian legislation on cookies.

iFLUX wants to inform every visitor to the platform/website as well as possible about their rights under the Belgian legislation on cookies, and about which cookies iFLUX uses. 4. Management of cookies

Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. In order to enable cookies, the following operations must be carried out:

When using Microsoft Internet Explorer

• -    In Internet Explorer, click on 'Internet options' in the 'Tools' menu.

  -    On the 'Privacy' tab, move the settings slider to 'low' or 'accept all cookies' (setting above 'medium' disables cookies).

  -    Click on 'OK'.

When using Mozilla Firefox

• -    Click on 'Firefox' in the top left corner of your browser and then click on 'Options'.

  -    On the 'Privacy' tab, make sure that the 'Let websites know I don't want to be followed' is not ticked.

  -    Click on 'OK'.

When using Google Chrome

• -    Click on the three dots next to the browser bar at the top of your browser window and choose 'Options'.

  -    Find the 'Privacy and security' section and click on 'content settings'.

  -    Click on the 'Cookies' option.

  -    Now select 'Allow sites to save and read cookie data'.

When using Safari

• -    Choose 'Preferences' from the task menu. (The task menu is located at the top right of the Safari window and looks like a cog or click 'Safari' in the extended task menu).

  -    Click on the Privacy tab. Find the section called 'Cookies and other website information'.

  -    Indicates that you accept cookies

If you want to consult the platform/website of iFLUX, it is recommended that you have cookies enabled. However, if you prefer not to, you as a visitor are free to disable cookies via your browser settings. This can be done in the following ways:

When using Google Chrome

• -    Select 'More Settings' from the browser toolbar.

  -    Select 'Advanced' at the bottom of the page.

  -    Under 'Privacy and security', select the option 'Settings for content'.

  -    Select 'Cookies'.

  -    Disable 'Allow sites to store and read cookie data'.

When using Safari

• -    Choose 'Preferences' from the task menu. (The task menu is located at the top right of the Safari window and looks like a cog or click 'Safari' in the extended task menu).

  -    Click on the Privacy tab. Find the section called 'Cookies and other website information'.

  -    Indicate that you do not accept cookies.

5. Rights of visitors 

Since cookies may constitute a processing of personal data, you as a data subject have the right to the lawful and secure processing of personal data. As a data subject, you can exercise the following rights:

• Right to object: If there are compelling and justified reasons, one can object to the processing of personal data.
• Right of access: Any data subject who proves his identity has a right of access to the information concerning the existence or non-existence of processing of his personal data, as well as the purposes of such processing, the categories of data concerned by such processing and the categories of recipients to whom the data are disclosed.
• Right of rectification: Inaccurate or incomplete personal data may be rectified or even erased at any time at the request of the data subject.
